1. What differentiates Pro Active from other franchise formulas in the staffing industry?

Pro Active believes in true collaboration. You pay no start-up costs and no franchise fee. You also benefit from a professional back office, sales support, marketing, a modern ATS system and an experienced team that actively thinks along with your branch. We only grow if you grow – and that’s how we work together.

2. What does my role as a franchisee look like?

As a franchisee you are self-employed and responsible for building customer relationships, sales and recruitment in your region. Pro Active will support you in the background with administration, systems, marketing and knowledge. You focus on your business, we take care of the rest.

3. What are the costs associated with starting as a franchisee?

At Pro Active you pay no start-up costs and no franchise fee. We work with transparent margin sharing:

  • 70/30 with an own client and own candidate

  • 50/50 when you bring in only one of your own clients or only one of your own candidates
This is how you start without major financial barriers and with maximum room to grow.

4. Do I need to have previous experience in the staffing industry?

Yes, experience in the staffing industry is a key requirement. In addition, we are looking for franchisees with a strong commercial drive and entrepreneurial mentality. Multilingualism (e.g. Polish, Romanian or Spanish) is a big plus, but not a hard requirement.
