Job Description
Production operates on a two-shift system. Each shift has its own assistant. As production team leader, you supervise the assistants on both shifts and are responsible for keeping the production process running smoothly. The shifts run from 04:00 to 13:00 and from 11:00 to 20:00.Your responsibilities:
- Preparing staff schedules and shift rosters;
- Managing and checking stock levels;
- Ensuring ingredients and products are ordered on time;
- Liaising with recruitment agencies about current employees and potential new hires;
- Working with office staff and keeping them informed about the production process, products and personnel.
Working hours: As team leader, you work:
- Monday to Thursday: 06:00 – 16:00;
- Friday: 07:00 – 13:00.
The company does not operate on Saturdays, so you always have Saturdays off. Depending on the schedule and the volume of orders, you may finish an hour earlier or work an hour longer on some days, often Wednesdays.
Job Requirements
We are looking for someone who:- Has experience managing staff;
- Is motivated and available for the long term;
- Enjoys working with food;
- Has their own accommodation within 40 km of Utrecht;
- Has their own transport;
- Speaks Polish and either English or Dutch at a conversational level.
