Job Description

For a modern company in the furniture industry, we are looking for motivated machine operators and production workers to work with wood panels and CNC machines. Experience is a plus but not necessary. Are you technically minded, physically fit and motivated? That is enough to start – the rest we will gladly teach you.

Job Requirements

Experience in manufacturing is a plus
Technical understanding and/or willingness to learn to read drawings
Accuracy, independence, motivation and sense of responsibility
Willingness to learn new skills
Available for day shifts
Basic knowledge of English, German or Dutch

Motivation, commitment and eagerness to learn are most important. Are you not afraid of physical work and do you have a positive attitude? Then you fit perfectly in this team.
Do you have your own accommodation (max. 50 km from Ter Aar) and own transport?

Company Profile

You will join a small, real Dutch family business with a motivated and collegial team. The working atmosphere is good: friendly, helpful and without unnecessary fuss. The company takes good care of its employees, but expects in return a good work attitude, commitment and eagerness to learn. Every week the company produces about 150 pieces of custom furniture. You will mainly work with wood panels: lifting, packing and sawing. Once you have mastered this, you will learn to work with machines such as saws and simple CNC systems. The work is clean and organized, but can be physically demanding because of the lifting. Accuracy is very important: you work at millimeter level and avoid damage.
